Returns & Refund Policy
At Garden Co, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. All products sold by Garden Co come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or with missing parts, please contact us as soon as possible.
To help us resolve your claim quickly, please provide:
- Your order number;
- A brief description of the issue;
- Clear photographs or videos showing the problem; and
- Photos of the packaging where relevant.
Please do not dispose of the product or return it until we have advised you, as additional inspection may be required.
Missing Parts
If your product is missing components, we will arrange replacement parts where available. If replacement parts cannot be supplied within a reasonable timeframe, we will provide an appropriate alternative solution.
Returns
Please contact Garden Co before returning any item. We will provide instructions if a return is required.
Items returned without prior authorisation may delay or affect the processing of your claim.
Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes plans change.
Subject to the conditions below, change of mind return requests may be accepted if:
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery;
- The item is unused and in its original condition;
- The product is returned with all original packaging and accessories.
Change of mind returns are generally not accepted for:
- Opened or used products;
- Health and hygiene products;
- Bulk or pallet purchases;
- Products specifically excluded on the product listing.
Approved change of mind returns may be subject to:
- Return shipping costs; and
- A 10% restocking fee calculated on the purchase price, where applicable.
Refunds
Once your return or claim has been assessed and approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
