Garden Co Warranty, Returns & Refund Policy

Our Commitment

At Garden Co, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. All products sold by Garden Co come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy. In the first instance, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible or email us at info@gardenco.com.au.


Warranty

Unless otherwise stated on the product listing, Garden Co products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects and faults.

Depending on the issue, we may choose to:

  • Supply replacement parts;
  • Provide troubleshooting or self-repair guidance where appropriate;
  • Replace the product;
  • Offer an equivalent replacement product; or
  • Provide a partial or full refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear;
  • Incorrect assembly or installation;
  • Misuse, abuse, or accidental damage;
  • Unauthorised modifications;
  • Failure to properly maintain or care for the product;
  • Cosmetic damage to external packaging only.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or with missing parts, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us resolve your claim quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number;
  • A brief description of the issue;
  • Clear photographs or videos showing the problem; and
  • Photos of the packaging where relevant.

Please do not dispose of the product or return it until we have advised you, as additional inspection may be required.


Missing Parts

If your product is missing components, we will arrange replacement parts where available. If replacement parts cannot be supplied within a reasonable timeframe, we will provide an appropriate alternative solution.


Returns

Please contact Garden Co before returning any item. We will provide instructions if a return is required.

Items returned without prior authorisation may delay or affect the processing of your claim.


Change of Mind Returns

We encourage you to review product details carefully before purchasing, as we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.


Refunds

Once your return or claim has been assessed and approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
