Warranty Information

Products in this store are backed by a 12 Month Warranty covering manufacturing defects and faults under normal residential use.

If you experience an issue with your product, please contact our customer support team with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where applicable. We will work with you to assess the problem and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, neglect, normal wear and tear, unauthorised modifications, commercial use, or damage resulting from extreme weather conditions.

Your purchase also comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
